Shipping Information

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

 

Shipping Time

We will ship your order from our warehouse within 48 hours.
We offer international shipping for most destinations of the world. Usually, it takes 7-15 days for shipping.

 

Standard International Shipping: 7-15 business days.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days.

 Average processing time: 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Notification email.
This email will provide you with your order ID to track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped. You can also check the status of your order online by logging into the track my order page with your Order ID and Email.

Shipping Address Changes

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.

Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and
destination of the items in the order.

Shipping Restrictions

Sadly, we are unable to ship your order to a [PO BOX] or to a [MILITARY ADDRESS]

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: CUSTOMS, TAXES

Some countries levy a customs duty or other taxes on importation of gemstones and/or jewelry. We do not assume any responsibility for these taxes and it is entirely the responsibility of the buyer to settle with their own customs authority.
Our merchandise is exclusive of customs, taxes, duties and duties. This is all based on the laws, rules and regulations of your country. If you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs charges that are relevant to you, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for relevant regulations before placing an order. If you have provided an incorrect address, please return your order, please note that Soul Adorn will not be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.

If your package has arrived damaged, contact us  immediately and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

The item must be returned to us in the original packaging, unopened, and unused.

For defective products please Return Within 7 days returns after receipt for an exchange.

The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Return Process

Step 1 – Submit a refund request by sending an email to returns@souladorn.com - Include photo of the issue as well as order and product details. Use the subject Return with your order number. Please also try put as much details as possible about the reason so we can process your request as quickly as possible.

Step 2 – We’ll send you an email back with the return address to send the product back

Step 3 – We’ll inform you once the product arrives back and offer you a replacement product, or store credit or refund where applicable;
